This Privacy Policy explains how FAIS App (referred to as "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal data when you use our mobile application (the "App"). This policy aligns with applicable Indonesian regulations, including the Indonesian Law No. 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions ("ITE Law"), Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection, and other relevant laws.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data from users to enhance and deliver our services:

a. Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other contact details.
b. Device Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
c. Usage Data: Information about how you use the App, including in-app actions and preferences.
d. Location Data: We may collect information about your precise or approximate location based on your device settings.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

a. To provide, maintain, and improve our App services.
b. To communicate with you and respond to inquiries.
c. To enhance user experience through personalized content and recommendations.
d. To ensure the security and integrity of the App.
e. To comply with legal obligations under Indonesian laws.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your personal data in the following circumstances:

a. With service providers who assist us in operating the App, provided they comply with data protection requirements.
b. To comply with Indonesian law, regulatory authorities, or in response to a court order.
c. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring party.

4. Data Collection, Face Data Usage, and User Rights

FAIS values and protects user data in compliance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP Law) and other relevant regulations. Face Data Usage As part of FAIS’s core functionality, users may upload photos containing faces to utilize our face-swapping feature. FAIS processes these images solely for the purpose of allowing users to swap their faces with available templates.

a. No Advertising Use: FAIS does not use, sell, or share uploaded face data for advertising or marketing purposes.
b. Data Security: Face data collected through the application is processed and stored securely, following industry standards to protect user privacy.
c. Limited Retention: Uploaded face images are only retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended functionality and are not stored beyond the required period.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once we no longer need the data, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

6. User Rights

Under Indonesian law, you have the right to:

a. Access your personal data.
b. Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
c. Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data (where consent is required).
d. Submit complaints to the relevant data protection authority if your rights are violated.

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the new Privacy Policy on the App or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
